Returns may be accepted in 1 of 2 ways
By Mail
Please email with your order number and items you’d like to return or exchange.
We will provide a shipping label
Once received, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please include your original packing slip or email receipt.
Items shipped outside of the returns window without a packing slip may not be credited back or returned to you.

Shipping Policies
Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail and is 2 – 3 days, within the contiguous United States, and FREE for purchases over $150. For orders totaling less than $150, there is a cost of $12 for standard shipping.
Expedited & International Shipping
We are happy to assist with orders outside of our standard shipping policy. Please call our office at 407-999-5008 to place your order. Shipping will be an additional charge.
Hawaii & Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO, or Military addresses.
Orders placed before 6PM Monday – Thursday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be shipped out Monday. Orders containing Blue Lotion will ship Monday – Wednesday to avoid it being held on Sundays.
Orders placed during one of the below US federal holidays will be shipped the following Monday – Wednesday.

Blue Lotion is an item that requires refrigerated shipping and is only shipped out Monday – Wednesday. It can be outside of the fridge as long as it’s not in direct heat or light for 2 – 3 days, but must be refrigerated upon arrival. This means you must manage your order as TS Skin Care is not responsible for what time it is delivered.
If you live in a warm climate, we offer additional hot weather shipping packaging for $10.
If your package has not arrived, please check your local post office. If you live in an apartment complex or neighborhood where there is an office, please check with them as well.
We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered.
Gift Certificates are digital items and will arrive via email to the recipient’s email.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address. For special circumstance, please contact our office at 407-999-5008
